If you buy a HUUPS balance board and are not 100% satisfied with it, you can send it back to us within the EU free of charge within 30 days.

Cancellation policy

Neither our 30 day money-back guarantee nor our return slip are required to exercise your right of withdrawal. Using either does not restrict your right of withdrawal in any way.

I would like to return my HUUPS balance board. How do I proceed?

Please inform us about the return by sending an e-mail to info@huups.eu.

Pack the product in its original packaging.

After receiving and checking your package, we will refund the full amount via the payment method you chose for purchasing the product.

Warranty

All HUUPS balance boards are guaranteed for 24 months from the day of purchase. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear on boards and damage resulting from crashes and incorrect use. Please keep hold of your receipt. You will need it when making a guarantee claim. The guarantee is valid worldwide. Legal warranty rights remain unaffected by the guarantee. Please send us a photo of the defect. We will help find a quick and simple solution.
